How to mount our tv in a weird position, with pics.
Discussion
Hello
We recently moved into a new place and bought a new tv etc but the way the lounge is set out means the tv has to go in the corner.
However this corner is less than 90 degrees and is a bit akward.
que the crappy pics: (yes i know, its a coffee table and full of junk)
I would like it to look smart and am considering 2 options.
1. getting something like this http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/SWIVEL-CANTILEVER-ARM-CORNER... and mounting the tv so it sits in the same position as it now just a bit higher
2. getting one of these http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/products/S598504... and fitting it so it sits just off the wall like so:
any advise or better suggestions?

Well it's a brand new build apartment so the internal Walls are like paper, luckily the 2 Walls in this particular corner are better, the left one is an external wall and the right one is next-door so is thicker.
I have just called a carpenter and he is popping around this week to take a Look.

If you remove a socket plate on the left hand wall, you should be able to see the construction of the wall.I have just called a carpenter and he is popping around this week to take a Look.
Wouldn't you be better with a corner unit or a stand, maybe something like this
