Go for the Panasonic if your budget stretches to it. I have taken a different stance wit hthe whole 3D scenario. Promote this screen as the best 50" seen for some time with the added benefit of 3D capability. It really is a superb panel. Also Freesat and Freeview HD built and potential access to other online providers. Plus...5 year manufacturers warranty from indie dealers...If bought with a 3D player also 3 3D films chucked in...Think only 3 have been made so far!

VT20 wipes the floor with the sammy picturewise but the sammy has it cabinet wise.
