Wife's school has been running an LCD TV as a kind of welcome type thing in reception scrolling pictures and news etc. But lately it's been showing signs of burn in on the parts that change less frequently.
Is there a way of loosing it somehow? Or time to get the Governors to stump up more cash?
I had thought about leaving it displaying a solid colour for a while but not sure that would do it?

You could connect a DVD player and run a Pixel Protector DVD on it. Although it's 18 quid I've read good reviews here and there - get it from here www.pixelprotector.com if you're interested. You might be able to get it cheaper elsewhere.
