led tv problems.

Good evening,Ive got a samsung 40"led,and ive got a problem when watching programmes/films that ive copied onto usb stick,ive noticed that the speech is not always in sync,any ideas its pissing me off.

Does it play back in the computer ok? Can only presume its a format problem, maybe recorded with the wrong bitrate or something.

it's where the tv cant get and process the data off the stick fast enough and then gets 'lost' trying to catch up. nothing you can do about it really except use better encoded (i.e. bigger) file sizes with less compression etc

Thanks, it seems to just happen on films, tv shows 24 lost etc are ok.

try an episode of the big bang theory
the opening title sequence is very fast and detailed
see how that goes
