Sonos S5 or wireless speakers??
Discussion
So currently I run an airport express to stream my iTunes (18k songs stored on a iMac upstairs, permanently sleep and woken up with my iPhone, controlled using the Remote app) to my stereo in the dining room. However, I now want to have music in the kitchen.
I was thinking cheaper option would be to get a mic splitter, plug in to the airport express, connect up the sender, put speakers in the kitchen. Job done. Or so I though until I saw the sonos S5. How does this work? What happens to my music on my iMac?? I've looked at the video on their website but still none the wiser. It appears to be a voodoo box that spits out music from anywhere.

S5 will connect to your wireless router or if its in a different room to the router you can buy a Zonebridge { £80.00 ] and that will send the music to the S5. If this is the case then the S5 just bneeds 240v power.
