What amp are they paired with? And any other information about your system.

A pair went for £60 recently. Not sure I can add any more comment, only you can decide if it's worh saving them till you get a system. smile

hi

thanks for the responses

i currently have a JBL sourround sound but to be honest its not very good (one of the all in one package thingy's)the amp is built in to the sub and the whole sound experiance cant be adjusted that well. if using the 5:1 sound really you can only adjust the volume which is no good as the room is odd shaped and i need to ajdust the other speakers independently ( i am lead to belive having a seperate AV reviever / amp will let me do this

i am thinking when i get new tv to have new surround sound with proper av reviever / amp (need to do a lot of research now as i dont now anything about this subject)

if they are good i may use them for the two front speakers but i thought (correct if i am wrong) it was better to have a set of speakers all the same, certinaly same manufacture

if i have 2 great big floor standing speakers and little ones around the room will that work with sound or will it just sound crappy

apolagies for being a noobie
