Sky HD and Samsung Plasma
Discussion
Depends on how bad it is and what you mean by pixilating. The fist thing is did the installer actually connect using a HDMI lead or are you still using a SCART? Secondly if there is a SCART and a HDMI connected are you using the HDMI input and not the SCART one?
Then if it is connected correctly you could start by swapping the HDMI lead for a better quality one as there have been a few faulty one around causing picture break up.

What model of Samsung do you have?
I have an LE40R74BD (from 2006) and the picture wasn't great on Sky HD via HDMI. There are limited picture modification options, but by turning the contrast down a bit it helped. Also I run with 'game mode' on and also the 'digital noise reduction' setting turned on, the latter helps MASSIVLY.
