Needed a new LCD for the office wall so decided to purchase online from a vendor I have used previously. Select a nice Sony 22inch and as it states "in stock". Two days later I get an email update telling me "awaiting stock", go and check the website and it still states "in stock".......scratchchin Will await further update as I cant even get through to them on the phone. If they want to contact me via my profile they can wink

If there is one thing that really winds me up when shopping online, its those websites that do not show realtime stock levels, or at a bare minimim whether it is or is not in stock.

I avoid websites that do not provide this information on a reliable basis.

If you're a member of Costco might be worth looking at your local one. The last 3 TVs we bought there have been as cheap as the cheapest place on the net, plus with Costco you get a 5 year warranty.
