Hi Guys

I took out a Sky HD and Sky talk package in October last year.

I need a new phone line installed for the Sky Talk, as my existing phone line is provided by my work.

So, BT eventually come round in December and, despite living in a 2 storey house in the middle of Edinburgh, were there for 5 hours and couldn't complete the install. They said they would arrange a time to come back.

Fast forward to now and, after several very lengthy calls with Sky, nothing has happened. To make things worse, the new line has now
apparently reverted back to BT and can't be re-allocated to Sky for a good few weeks.

Have any of you successfully dealt with problems with Sky Talk, or know anyone at Sky?

I'm at my wits end, and find it quite hard to make 45 minute plus long calls when I am passed between pillar and post. I threatened to cancel last week and, after speaking to 4 different people over a 56 minute period, the line went dead. Arrrrgh!!

Many thanks.

I'd blame BT, as I know they have used some interesting practice with regards to engineer's visits, well I assume they are interesting as how else can they decide to reduce the bill by 90% just because you queried them?
