How much is my LX5090H worth?
Discussion
I moved to US at the beginning of March. I still have my flat back in London and the LX5090H I bought in May '09 on the wall. As I will rarely be back to visit am thinking of selling it - how much should I look to put it on for? Looked on ebay buy couldn't find any for sale to get an idea.
Still have the original box, manuals, guarantees etc and its in as new condition.

You'd need to move quick - with the release of the Panasonic 20 Series, you'll be hard pushed to get anyone who knows what they're looking for in a TV to go with a discontinued one, even as exhalted as Pioneer KURO's are, when for similar money the can have the latest, newest, and (presumably) matched performance offering from Panasonic (with/without additional years of warranty too).
I'd estimate £1500 would be potentially within reach, but £1350 more likely to generate extra interest.
At the end of the day, it's more a case of what it owes you, or how quickly you'd like to shift it on.
Might be worth putting it on the Classifieds here, and check out any previous ones over on AVForums.

They are selling for about £1600 on AV forums at the moment, but as the previous poster mentioned - sell quickly, before the reviews start to come for the new Pansonic V20 and VT20 series, as these will have Pioneer KURO tech in them and are likely to be excellent!Still have the original box, manuals, guarantees etc and its in as new condition.
I considered buying one for £1600 locally to me, but decided to hang on for the VT20.
However, what I really wanted was a KRP500A with the seperate media box but they seem even rarer.
Let me know if you do decide to sell though, as at the right price I could be interested.
ETA: If you want something else in its place of a lower value for your odd visit back - then I have my current PDP-436XDE in absolutely mint condition that I would be replacing with the 5090 - Not 1080P, but stunning SD pic. Could do a trade plus cash.
