Squeezebox/timecapsule problem

I wonder if anyone can help.
I've been dutifully converting my CDs to FLAC and storing them on my time capsule. My squeezebox has been able to 'see' them and everything is dandy. Then they disappeared from the squeezebox (but were still on the TC)! After a minor panic I found them using the advanced SB setup under a folder called timecapsule-1. I redirected SB to this and was happy.
Fast-forward to now and the same thing has happened, but predictably they are under a folder called timecapsule-2. I've redirected it, but can see big problems if this happens when I'm away. Has anyone had similar issues or any idea what is happening? Each time one artist is left in the old TC folder (non of which are visible when exploring the TC).
Aside from this I'm pretty happy with the SB - sound isnt as good as my CDP by a long way, but I'm waiting for a DAC to change that. Just need to sort this annoying issue!
