flickering picture on warm up

well I was going to smugly post about how good my toshi 36" CRT is on the other thread, but it seems it doesn't like me any more!

When I first turn it on the picture bounces up and down and sometimes freezes for the first five minutes of use. After this its as good as its always been.

Does it on all inputs - Freeview, DVD and PS3, of which the picture is directly fed from the freeview, and fed from my Denon 3910 amp for all other sources via component, so I am pretty sure it is the tv throwing a wobbler.

Any ideas? its had a bit of abuse for the last 7 ish years, so I'll replace it if it dies, but wouldn't mind giving the old girl a new lease of life its possible

Known for voltage reg problems. Needs to go to the repair man

thanks - will look into it, but at 85kgs and being on the second floor, it may just go out the window when it finally goes pop!

Voltage regs weigh about 5 grams, so maybe its best he comes to you
