Sky Box

I have forgotten my pin number.

It used to be the last 4 digits on my Sky card but since they sent me a new card, the numbers on it, mean nothing to the box.

Any ideas guys?

had the same problem a while ago

I think if you go into settings it allows you to change the pin by putting in the last 6 (4?) numbers for the bank account you use to pay Sky

Go into the services menu, somewhere under help you can get your pin

Its not too late to ring them, I have called them late on Sunday and there is normally some numpty who can read off of the screen and should be able to reset it for you to 1234 or some such like.

Its no longer the last four numbers of your current sky card, its the last four numbers of the first sky card used on that box. So if they have sent you a new card the pin number would be the same as on your first card.
I have this problem with the multi room box in the loft, I haven't a clue what it is.

I have a Sky+ HD box

When I click on options and then help, it just tells me how to scroll thru channels

You can also reset your PIN on the account bit of the website once you have logged on.

Press interactive, follow prompts.

Enter last 6 digits of bank account number and it gives you your Pin.
