What desktop speakers under £150?
Discussion
Hi.
I'm looking for some desktop speakers to play music through via my laptop. My budget is £150 max but would be happy to spend sub £100 for a good value system. I have a Soundock for the iPod but want a compact set of speakers to plug my laptop in to listen to spotify music. Ideally black to match my Macbook and smart enough to be left on the side in the living room.
Any thoughts or suggestions welcome.
TIA

Very good speaker set. Make sure you have room for the subwoofer though.
Or maybe consider http://uk.europe.creative.com/products/welcomenew....
The 740 or 745.
Google both options for reviews.

I just bought a pair of these:
AudioEngine A2 ( Review )
I'm very pleased with them. They're designed as desktop speakers but I'm using them in the kitchen connected to an airport express. They sound great and are very well made.
