Has anyone bought one of the 40" Samsungs on offer today?
Discussion
I bought an LG 32" full HD for the bedroom on Saturday. I was seriously thinking about the 40" but thought it would look a little silly in a bedroom!! It's not on that much anyway. However, the full HD aspect makes it an amazing telly! And a snip at £329!!!!
Gonna wait and see if I can get deal on a nice big LED for the living room come January!!

Why is a 42" an upgrade from 37".
An upgrade would be an upgrade in quality. That is just an increase in size. Has your room radically increased in size?
I bought a 32" Plasma 6 yrs ago. Since then that tv has moved to a living room almost twice as large and it still serves just fine.
So how are you upgrading or is bigger just better, despite it frequently being untrue?

i'm thinking of picking up one of the 700 lcd's 40" sammys
its got great reviews that i'm sure are now super-seeded by even better ones but for my budget i think its the best i can get
if your going to be a heavy user of the HD facility rather than just watch general tv then it might be worth while upgrading
if not then they're an excellant buy for £600
