Russian Channels

Hi Guys,
I have got a client who would like to recieve the below russian channels whilst living in the UK.
ORT, RTR, NTV, STS, TNT, Nashe & Kino.
Does anyone know of a viewing card to accept these channels?
I have got a 900mm dish along with decoder and currently got a RTV card which is limited to certain channels.
I am recieving mixed messages from people, some saying its not possible here in the UK and others saying it is.

A number of the channels that you mention appear to be free to air on 40e, you'll need a 110cm dish to receive them in most of the UK though
They seem to broadcast in MPEG4 format, so you'll need a decoder that can cope.
Nashe and RTR appear to be encrypted,
