I need a cr p 32" LCD telly. No HD, cheap as chips please

My wife's work did have a 32" LCD telly hooked up to a media player - playing Powerpoint type stuff only.
Before it was nicked.
Now need a replacement - which will be bolted (and I mean BOLTED) to the wall using a variety of bolts the girth of a small dog.
No sound, no HD, no freeview, as cheap and nasty and ugly as possible - but brand new.
Nastiest I can find is £300 from Tesco and am now getting fed up of looking at tat - can you find cheaper?
Where, oh esteemed Home Cinema & Hi-Fi PH-ophiles would I find such a visual delight?
