Wireless samsung dongle for there tv's

Can anyone help explain what benefit or use the samsung wifi dongle would be if bought and plugged into the tv ?

Its so you can use the internet stuff wirelessly on a compatable tv. (7000, 8000 etc)

What internet stuff? Any particular protocols? SMB, HTTP? Do they have an online shop?

ive got the ue32b6000 in the bedroom so i presume its not compatable being a 6000

No not the 6000, its the dlna thingy so you can stream stuff to the TV from your PC.

They have an ethernet port too so you don't have to go wireless..
