Adding PS3 to TV/Sky

I recently added a PS3 to a TV/Sky set up using a HDMI cable. Previously, both Sky and TV were controlled with the Sky remote. Now I also have to use the TV remote to switch the TV source to HDMI for the playstation. Is there a way to control this with the Sky remote or make the TV switch over automatically when the PS is switched on??

Try pressing TV on the Sky remote and then the Help button to cycle through the AV inputs. Works on Sony and Toshiba, possibly others.

Help is the generic AV button on the SKY r/c, it works on most TV's.

I bought an auto switching hdmi switch. PS3 and hd box go into the switch and when the switch detects the PS3 it switches to it. Don't need to touch the tv.
