Wireless rear speakers on Home Cinema
Discussion
Can anyone help? I have recently moved back into my house after a year abroad and have moved things around. Previously had a surround home cinema system with wires under wooden floor. Due to the fact that I have wall mounted the TV and had all the cables chased down the wall, I want/need to get a system that has wireless rear speakers as I dont want to lift the floor up. Looking to have PS3 linked via surround system to TV and also have SkyHD linked. I understand that these can be linked via optical but need help in regards what amp/home cinema kit I should look at. I have heard about the Sony system but wanted views on other systems and ideas.
Kef do a wireless rear module that also works with most other manufacturers. Reviewed to be quite good (although nothing is as good as wires).
I was going to get one of those until I was given a Bose system attached to a Pioneer amp - I have decided to order a Bose SL2 unit for making the connection to the rear wirefree. The SL2 costs half what the Kef costs but is Bose specific.

It isnt Bose specific, they would just lead you to believe that The transmitter connects to the Rear Speaker output from your amp and is supplied with a Bose sepcific lead to do this so if your upto the job you can chop the end off and connect it to a normal speaker output, and at the rteciever end it comes with the cables to connect it upto any set of speakers.
