Cheap dining room LCD?

I am thinking about replacing my dining room tv, i could afford around £200, £250 at the very most.

Currently its a 24" CRT and i dont want to compromise on a noticably smaller screen for the sake of having a new TV! So can anyone point me in the direction of any bargains? Maybe this one, http://www.richersounds.com/showclearanceproduct/P... ??
