Just ordered tv,amp,speakers.....good package?

Ordered the kit below....they are holding for me while i hunt for my credit card!
Just in case i have made a stupid error thought i'd check here first!
Tv - Panasonic 50" G10
Amp - Yamaha RX v1065 (liked the nice GUI)
Speakers - Quad L-ite 2 (wife likes small and piano black...not big 1980's floor standers!)
So....(i'm sure there are a million "you should also look at..." products.......but is that a nice enough set up for my Sky HD, 360 and PS3 sat 10ft away? My current Tv is a 36" Toshiba CRT and my speakers crackle if i turn it up so i'm hoping it's a step up!
