Aerial cable, how easy to replace?

My girlfriend's parents are still using that horrible brown stuff and getting really bad freeview reception, is this an easy enough job to do myself? Do I just connect the new cable at the aerial end to the old stuff, and pull through the wall? WF100 cable I need?

I think I've answered my own question, 20m of Webro WF100 off of ebay, unplug at aerial, attach new cable, pull through, f-connector on end, job done
