Spotify through the TV?

I'm about to start work on my multimedia setup.

I'll have a TV and Projector in the living room running an Xbox 360, Sky HD and CD, DVD etc.
In the office I want a PC that doubles as a work station and media/cctv storage using the xbox to stream movies and music through the tv/projector.

I was hoping it would be possible to have Spotify running on the PC and through the TV also, with the ability to control it from the living room? I'm looking for the most cost effective solutions if it's even possible.

No ideas?
I suppose the answer is to buy a seperate media centre and wireless keyboard but I can't help being a cheapskate and looking for cheaper solutions.

Don't think it is possible. I've heard of people streaming to a PS3 but you can't change music etc as it is a streaming feed without a GUI. They are developing an Android version and I'll probably get a dock to connect to a charger and line out to my music system but that is about all you can get.
