Hi guys,

I have a KDL40D3000 TV with an Xbox 360 connected.

This is plugged into a wired network and I use TVserity to stream HD content from my PC.

Trouble is, I want to upgrade my speakers and I don't think you can stream 5.1 audio?

Could someone recommend me a full setup for around £500? I just need speakers and amp, I have an upscaling DVD player as well and I stream my HD stuff over the network!

Thanks smile

It's more a decent speaker/amp package I want really! I can deal with the 5.1 streaming later smile

Dont deal with stuff around that price point so cant make any recommendations as such.

However, yes its possible to stream 5.1 over a network if the file has AC3 audio stored within it and the XBox has suitable decoding ability.

Ok, I have a popcorn hour.

Now I just need speakers and an amp package!

It's for a bedroom setup, I dont' have a big budget, about £400, which I think would buy you an AV reciever, so I'm looking for a package.

Sony packages any good?
