My new amp should arrive either this or next hopefully, so i wanted to sort out the cabling before it does.

I've bought a Denon AVR 1610, running through it i will have an xbox360, sony s350 blu ray and sky hd. The speakers are KEF 1005's with the KEF Kube subwoofer (i've heard -ve things about this and may upgrade in the future).

I will need around about 30m of cable to do both the rears.. about 6 for the front.. and about 2m for the subwoofer.

I was ideally looking for a flat cable for the rears as i will be laying them underneath the carpet in the space between the gripper and the skirting boards. The fronts and sub i'm not too fussed about. I'm not looking at spending big bucks really, trying to get the lot sorted for under £60 or so.

What would you recommend?

I used QED micro for my four surround speakers as it is small enough to fit behind skirting board I had already removed to fit a wood floor. It even fit behind the plasterboard in the gap between it and the breeze block, saved me chasing it out (threaded an old tape measure down the wall and pulled the QED micro back up after taping it to the tape measure end). For the fronts I used the bigger QED BiWire, but TBH I don't know that it made a difference even with quite powerful PMC speakers, so maybe the micro would do for the fronts too?

If this is too much money, try looking on CPC:
