PC for browsing and Blu-Ray

Just wondering if you have any suggestions for a PC that I can hookup to my TV. Not after anything special - just the ability to browse the internet and play Bluray disks. Ideally with a HDMI connection and a wireless card.

Not bothered about Tuner card and being able to record TV as my cable box has a built in DVR, so that's covered already.

Was thinking the Dell Studio Hybrid would be a good fit for what I'm looking to do, plus it looks "OK" - is there anything else like that out there ?

What's the browser like on a PS3 ? Is it the same as say, Firefox ?
