PANASONIC TXL42S10B - good buy or goodbye?

I've also looked at the LG 42LH4000.
Should I go for the Panasonic? It's a kitchen/sitting room TV, not a gamer.

Don't really need Full HD though, do you, for that environment?
Would've thought the standard X10 would've sufficed, at a saving too.
