So its a soundbar, and rears and a sub?

Seems ever so slightly pointless to me, all things considered.

If you're going to the trouble of cabling rears, why wouldnt you cable fronts?

Its a gimmick, largely, I'd suggest.

Done a couple of these now as secondary rooms and they actually really good for the price and set up.

Far more surround sound than cinema sound but if you have not experienced it before then it will knock your socks off.
