I need to replace this...but with what?

I have the above system. I need to replace it as the dvd/amp has gone. I don’t want to replace the speakers as they are installed around the room and I don't wish to up route the cables etc. I want my new unit to do all the old one did i.e play DVDs and enable my Sky to be viewed with 5.1 surround sound.


Can any one recommend me one?

oh budget, can it be done for under £200?
