What's the cheapest way to join Sky at the moment?

I'm moving into a new house and I'm looking for basic Sky+ TV with the mid broadband package and a new phone line install.

TV, internet, talk and line rental comes to about £38pm which I don't think is too bad but I'd like a completely free installation if anyone knows of a current offer I can take advantage of?

Quidco does seem to be the only sensible option right now. I think I'll wait until it's free or try something else.

What are the alternatives?
