Last couple of weeks my PVR has missed odd recordings. We have several series links set up and some times it works others not. Also Skins seems to record half the program.
Damn annoying, i rebooted which seemed to cure it for a few days but again it's skipping some programs.

Any ideas?

Some of the channel numbers have changed. I'd do a automatic channel update. If it's a 9150 or 9300 there has been an update to make the fan "quiet" that has caused problems. Details on the HUMAX website.

Freeview are a pain for changing channels numbers at the moment. It's because they are moving to 8k/64QAM mode to make room for upcoming new and HD channels. I use the Forums at Digitalspy to check what's happening. You can also go to Hummy.org.uk which is a good source of info on the HUMAX range. It could be worse. a lot of TV's and STB's will be made obsolete fairly soon because of this switch.

Nothing obselete about the 9200. The 9150 doesn't have the USB fitting the 9200 has and the 9300 has a HDMI output in addition to the 9200's other connections. The 9150 and 9300 have cheaper cases and have fewer chips on the board which allows them to load a bit faster.

Another quirk i've noticed when trying to tape a second program last night, some of the entries show twice when trying to set timer, only once in the menu though. Deleting the schedule and re-adding sorts this though.
I'm guessing this is to do with the program shuffling again?

It's for the 9150 and 9300 and should have been transmitted last week. Check www.humaxdigital.com for the download and how to install it.
