Panasonic SC-PT860

I was looking at a 460 as a low end set-up (£150 is the best I could find). However, shortage of stock led me to look around further and I can get a PT860 for £260. On the face of it that looks a better deal.

Any others to consider? Ideally I'd like panny as it matches my TV but the only real stipulation is a budget of £250 and an input for the PS3 audio.
