recommend me.. an av amp

okay guys & gals.

I'm after an AV amp to run my plasma.

I'm currently running an LG 42px5d, the crappy bundled DVD palyer & a few other sources.

So I'm thinking this amp will have to do for now & my next screen upgrade (current one only does 1080i).

I also need the following inputs as a minimum - ideally all upscaled & switched etc so I can feed just HDMI to the screen.

1x composite - wii
1x component - xbox 360 hd
2x hdmi (dvd & PVR)

I'd like it to be networked and possibly have a 2nd zone. Even better if I can use it as a media extender.

I've not currently got any surround speakers but they'll come in time. The unit does need to be good with Audio though, it's not all just about movies.

Erm, that the minimum requirements other than it needs to be easy to setup properly (ie I like the mic setup routines lol) and look okay

budget, well I don't have one yet.. how cheap can I get all this for? Am I looking at 200 quid ex demo or 1500 or 2.5k?
