Has anyone tried the Tiscali TV/broadband offering?

I'm currently a relatively happy BT Vision customer and have come to the end of the tie in period so am looking at what other options there are. For various planning reasons I can't have a dish where we live and have been down the Virgin media route and don't want to revisit.

Tiscali have this broadband TV offering with Sky channels which doesn't look too bad but a quick search on here brings up only stories of pain and woe.

Has anyone actually got this service?

I would avoid Tiscali at all costs, I had an absolute nightmare trying to get them to fix broadband faults, their customer service is shocking..
