I have my full set-up in the lounge but also want an HD TV in the bedroom, is the only way to run an additional HDMI cable from the SKY HD to the bedroom?
If its a first gen SkyHD box with the component outputs you can drive the Component signal over Cat5e with its audio and have IR coming back the other way, all over the single cat5e with the right bit of kit.
