Rhapsody in the UK

Can anyone tell me how to subcribe to Rhapsody in the UK? It seems like a great proposition for the money but when I try to sign up it tells me that it is for USA citizens only.

Any ideas on UK alternatives or work rounds???

If nobody know's about Rhapsoday, can anyone recomend a course of music downloads? Looking for a monthly fee for unlimited downloads compatible with any media management software (eg not just iTunes)
