My eldest has got the Sony ones in your post - they're very good . I've got the WH-CH520 and I regret it as the noise cancelling (especially at the gym with it's BOOM BOOM BOOM background noice) makes a lot of difference.

I recently got those Sony's for the gym as the buds I got with my phone kept falling out. They are spot on for the money. Also drowned out the masses on the flights of a recent holiday. Can't go wrong for the price IMO.

Recently bought my wife a pair of Soundcore Q30. She’s more than happy with them. They were closer to £50 and seem very good value

Great thanks all. In the end she discovered that she could get a great discount on Sony through Unidays........so ended up buying WH-1000XM4's!

Which? says that for over ear, noise cancelling, wireless, maximum of £100 then Sony WH-CH720N

They are of, course, already in your short list.
