Hi all

Was thinking of buying a Roberts Stream 94l radio for the bedroom (to replace an older DAB radio which no longer picks up Jazz FM). Was thinking of acquiring from Richer Sounds, if the retail choice makes a difference.

Any comments, ladies and gentlemen?

I have one for sounds in my home office. I prefer radio to streaming, hence the choice of this rather than an ‘office hifi’.

It’s brilliant. Get one. Beautiful warm sound, perfect for radio.

As above they're great for what you're looking to do. Can highly recommend Giants of Jazz internet radio station too

Have a gander at the Ruark R1S. We've got one with the added battery pack as cant pick up DAB where we live. Very impressed with the internet radio reception / sound quality. Has DAB built in also

Bought my parents an R1S for Xmas to replace an aging Bose DAB radio that was not DAB+ compatible
They love it and was a great upgrade
