I dumped Sly a few years back for BT (broadband which I already had and TV) last year I had a great deal from BT as i was out of contract for a few months and was upgraded to Halo+ router and a Youview TV Box Pro with BT Sports and HD. It's been superb on our new 4K Samsung TV with Atmos etc. The biggest benefit has been everything can be streamed so making my stty aerial redundant.

The annoying thing though is the lack of a Youtube app on the BT Box so having to fap around with a different remote to use the TV app for Youtube.

So the 'great news' is hopefully coming from EE announcing their new box using Apple TV hardware..............

At last as Gandalf would say.... 'one box to rule them all' party

looks like it’s doing the same things as ‘sky stream’ (but probably cheaper!) live tv via internet (no need to aerial/ dish). also you can get sky stream via apple tv boxes

i’ve had sky stream about 2wks now, and really like it, I like the streaming over the internet and not having to have a dish.

Looks interesting, I have a Sky Glass and Sky Stream. The Glass was horrendous to begin with but the stream is a lot better, they've got really good at limiting the quality of the picture when it changes streams then quickly ramping it back up so its at full quality.
