Has anybody got a JBL Flip 5/6 Bluetooth speaker ?

Looking at the pictures they can stand upright as well as being laid down. I'm trying to look at pictures of them but can't quite see if there's a good flat side to them so they would be stable when lying down.
Reason for this is I need a new speaker for my boat - don't want a stand upright speaker, needs to be laying down so it's not going to roll off a work top when any motion/impact is encountered !!

I’ve got a flip 5 for the garden, yes can be placed vertically or horizontal. For its size it belts out the music! It’s semi weighted on one side so when horizontal it doesn’t roll, however, never tried on boat or rolling transport.

Do they not have bass drivers at each end?

Yes, drivers both ends. Whether upright or horizontal it doesn’t seem to make a difference either. The only (minor) annoyance is it still uses the old micro usb when everything is now usb c. Another cable to have lying about. V minor I know.

My flip 5 is usb c.
It's great for the size/price
