When my brother in law’s Nad stereo amp had an issue, nobody was interested in repairing it. Even asking a friend who owns a hifi shop gave no answers. An old colleague who meddles with electronics stuff in his sleep turned his nose up. Sold on eBay, spares or repair.
NAD apps work on a card system and so quite basic to fix by swaping out the card that is falty. There is also a repare network, but just need to know if anyone has used a HiFi repare center and they did a good job.mgv8 said:

And there in lays the issue: finding someone, anyone, that wants to do the job. And then of course, is the part replaceable/repairable. Before you know it, the price has escalated, and you’re just waiting for the next failure every time you listen to it. these two places seem to be doing repairs - no connection.

Last one is presumably only for later amps
