CD Drawer Not Opening

Roksan K3 - about three/four years old. Won't open and there's a disc in there. Is there a trick that might work, or is it a job for a beard?

Is there any sound when you press "eject". If so, you could try hitting or shaking the machine at the same time. Sometimes a disc can get get lopsided in the tray and jam the mechanism and the violence can shake it back into position. Other times it will shock a reluctant mechanism into life.

Beyond that it's cover off and see what's happening.
