Sound intermittent when watch TV using Humax aura
Discussion
Does anyone have experience of a Humax Aura please. The sound on our TV keeps coming and going the last couple of days
Could this be due to atmospherics?
The signal is using BT broadband wireless connection, would a cable from the Humax to the broadband hub stop this? and what can we do in the interim please ?
Any tips gratefully received!
Thanks

Hi.
Have had a Humax Aura for a couple of months now. No issues to speak of, certainly not loosing sound alone. Had a very minor pixilation of the picture for a second or two in total over the last week, thats about it.
I'm using it via a Denon AVR that is outputting to speakers.
Not really sure why you think a cable to the hub might help, are you saying that you are loosing sound when watching 'on-demand' or via 'apps' rather than when watching live TV from the aerial?

My BT Youview Pro Box is set-up without an aerial - all my TV is streamed. It's also hard wired to TV for best signal.Have had a Humax Aura for a couple of months now.
