Sonos Amp - HDMI ARC

Does anyone have the current model Sonos Amp and has their TV connected to it?

I'm looking at it to use with Sky Q, using an optical to HDMI adaptor. My question is will the Sonos switch on automatically when turning on the Sky Q box? It's not mentioned anywhere in the user guide online.

Does it mention it has HDMI-CEC? or CEC anywhere (Consumer Electronics Control) - it may be branded as something different?

Is there a driver to use a optical>hdmi bridge rather than the arc hdmi port on the tv?
