There are a few online calculators but if you want to plot graphs, or do anything more than a basic RC, RL or RLC in parallel or series, then maybe you need to look at LTSpice from Linear tech?
Back in the day, we used RFSim99, but the clue is in the '99', it hasn't worked properly since about Windoze NT.

I've not tested your specific scenario, but I think VituixCAD (loudspeaker design program) might do what you want - you could draw out your LCR network and simulate it like you would a crossover.
