Some time during the past week, a horizontal line of dead pixels has appeared on our Panasonic FZ802 TV. I
It's by far the most expensive and best TV I've owned, so I'm gutted this fault has occurred. I bought it with a 12 month warranty about 3 years ago (as it was a refurbished factory return).
Has anyone else here had this happen, and was it fixable?
PS: it's the only fault. I've tried the menu diagnostics and much googling to no avail. It's the same regardless of input source.
Thanks in advance.

I had this on my LG OLED but it was vertical. Just appeared after i had been out of the room for 5 minutes.
It was over 24 months old but Curry's took it away and fitted a new screen, stating the existing one had just failed. They took it, fixed and returned it in 5 days.

I did try all the internet recommendations but it made no difference and the people i rang to ask them questions all wanted nothing to do with it or even try to fix it.

Try the retailer you bought it from and see what they say.

Cheers Ajax. I'll see what they say - it was the official Panasonic Outlet I got it from.
