TV with good parental controls

Hopefully someone can help with this.

We are looking for a small Smart TV that has good parental controls. Something that doesn't just restrict which channels/apps are available but also can be used to restrict times and amount of screen time. If there is an app to manage these things even better.

Any suggestions / recommendations would be really appreciated.

A simple solution for the time being might be a smart plug which will turn the TV off at a certain time. I'm not sure many TVs have full on parental controls like that.

You can also set a static IP and block its internet at a certain time on your home router no doubt.

What is stopping said child unplugging the TV from smart plug and plugging it into the main socket?

Nothing physically, but you would hope boundaries were set and they understand why their access is being controlled.
