One consideration is that from 2020 none of the LG OLED range (I’m not sure about LED) support DTS in any way not even pass-through.
Not a huge problem for most people, but for instance if you have a 4K player/device (PS5, XBox X or dedicated player) and plug that via HDMI 2.1 directly into the TV then if you have a lot of Blu-Rays your Audio out options to an AV-Amp/Soundbar will be stereo.
Obviously if you have a HDMI 2.1 capable Amp or Soundbar you would plug the device into that and won’t have a problem.
I believe the Sony OLED’s don’t have this (self inflicted by LG) issue.
That said I absolutely love my 65” C1 and I’ll just get a 2.1 Amo later this year.
