KEF T101/T301 opinions?

I want to get some thin flat panel speakers that will near recess in to some walnut strip cladding I'm putting on the wall (acupanel).
I've been using little kef eggs for front and middle for years and although nothing special they are adequate. I upgraded the sub for a Yamaha unit and have an older Yamaha AV amp. It's predominantly TV we're watching and the room is small (5x4m).
I'm struggling to find anywhere to listen to these speakers in this combination and wondering if anyone has any / has heard or has any other suggestions? The T301 for fronts will be too big for the wall, so will be T101 and T301C
